Stillflow is a progressive indie rock band based in Lancaster, PA, consisting of Alex Hart, Logan Ruth, Thunder Trythall, and Aaron Criswell. Blending the songwriting styles of Radiohead, Ween, and Wilco, and the technical stylings of groups like Covet and Delta Sleep, Stillflow creates a sound all their own. Their debut album, Eft was released on all major streaming services in January 2023. Thunder and Alex began writing music via Zoom during the Covid-19 lockdown, releasing a self-titled EP in November 2020. In January 2021, Aaron and Nate joined the band to complete the lineup. Eft reconceptualizes the EP, in addition to 6 new songs. Stillflow is currently working on a follow-up EP, See you around expanding on the more progressive themes found in Eft.
